Programs start the first Monday of each month, all year long (Remember: in Chile, summer time is December - March!). Work assignments are 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. Housing is your own room in a shared apartment with other Adelante candidates all apartments are in easy distance of the beach -- or with a Chilean family, you choose. 3 weeks of intensive Spanish language classes, plus excursions are included when you first arrive. This is a fairly customized program and process, with anywhere from 3 to 10 candidates starting programs each month. Participation in this program will massively upgrade your Resume and provide the ability to become fluent in Spanish. All candidates have a Chilean Supervisor at their work assignments, plus an English-speaking Intern Advisor living in Vina del Mar.
The main duties in International Business Development internship will be to create and execute new business strategies, cultural and educational programs, new products and services, and to improve the already existing processes.
